Delivery Information

 

Our estimated despatch time is shown on each product page. Where products are shown as "In Stock" we normally despatch the same day ifreceived before 3pm on a working day (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.  When products are not shown as "In Stock" we show our best estimate of how long it will be before we can despatch the product. If for any reason we're not able to get your items despatched within the estimated time, we will email you to let you know.

 

Uk Standard

Our UK standard delivery charge is based on the order value in your basket and is shown below. Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail and you will normally receive your order within 3 – 5 working days via second class. If for any reason you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact us.

For items needed in a hurry you have the option of upgrading your order for next day courier. Next Day delivery is charged at a flat rate and delivery times are shown below (excluding bank holidays). Next Day delivery orders need to be placed before 3pm to ensure next day delivery. A signature will be required for the order on delivery.

Delivery to EU countries

 

Deliveries to EU Countries are normally charged at £6.99 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If that is the case, a Customer Services advisor will contact you before shipping the order. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order. Delivery to countries outside the EU

 

Deliveries to countries outside the EU are normally charged at £19.99 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If that is the case, a Customer Services advisor will contact you before shipping the order. If you haven't received your items within 3 weeks, please contact us to arrange a replacement order. Postcode exceptions

There are selected postcode areas within the UK where we are unable to offer next day delivery due to courier delivery times. If your postcode area is affected the courier will usually deliver the parcel within 2 working days or we will contact you to let you know. Please see our terms and conditions for affected postcodes.

 

Lithium battery restrictions

 

Lithium batteries are now included in Royal Mail’s list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to send these items with Royal Mail. If such item is ordered it will be sent using a next working day courier service.

 

Delivery Delays

Usually Royal Mail is normally very reliable and the item(s) is delivered next working day or a couple of days after. However during peak periods or bad weather delivery can be delayed. We enforce Royal Mail's own 18 day policy for late & lost post and cannot resend any items until the 18 days have passed since date of ordering. We have to allow Royal Mail the opportunity to deliver the item during this 18 day window before we can lodge any kind of complaint or investigation.

 

We find that most delays incurred by Royal Mail are caused because the item has been taking to the local sorting office and no card has been left due to the item not being a recorded delivery. Please check with your local Royal Mail depot as the item is most likely there due to the item being too big to go through a standard letter box.
